This workshop teaches the17 breath MerKaBa meditation for activating your living Merkaba energy field as originally introduced by Drunvalo Melchizedek. We will utilize the concepts of Sacred Geometry to gain an understanding of the relationship between our thoughts, emotions and the electro-magnetic field of the heart. These principles guide you into bringing your mental body into alignment with your heart and through their integration results in Unconditional Love for all life. This multi-experiential workshop will teach you how to make use of your energy and emotions to manifest your own reality! It will help you get in touch with your higher self, and into alignment with your purpose, to function with balance and ease in your reality. Even if you do not consider yourself to be sensitive, you will come away with a deeper sense of your energy and how to make use of it while opening a connection to your inner being and heart. This workshop is a place for ALL to come and express in a safe environment, to be seen and heard for who you are, to open your heart, share, and bond with others and have fun!

Journey through the Sacred Valley (7 Days)

October 28 - November 3 2009

This is an opportunity to journey through the crystal valley of the sacred Urubamba river in central Peru, merging the depth and beauty of the ancient energy and traditions of the Andes with the heart expanding energy of the MerKaBa.
The intent is to journey through this unique area of the world and utilize the energies of the living MerKaBa to open our hearts and connect with the very special energies of Mother Earth that are now present in this area. The desire is to offer and receive the healing that comes from such a merging of heart energy.
We will connect with the Sacred Valley through some of the Incan and Pre-Incan ruins, including Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Pisac and Sacsayhuaman. We will have a guide who will connect us with the history and some of the Andean beliefs, and we will also offer our heart energies through the Merkaba and other meditations at these sacred sites.

The expected itinerary is as follows:

Oct 28 - Arrive Cusco, transport to Paz y Luz in Pisac to acclimate in the sacred valley. Check out Pisac Pueblo and local market. Sleep at Paz y Luz (FOL participants will have a free day to integrate the energies of the MerKaBa)
Oct 29 - Breakfast at Paz y Luz. Morning - visit Pisac ruins. Meditation at the Temple of the Sun. Lunch in Paz y Luz. Afternoon - Visit Urubamba and the circular ruins of Moray. Visit the Salinares salt terraces. Sleep in the Inkan pueblo of Ollantaytambo.
Oct 30 - Breakfast at hostal. Early train to Aguas Calientes, bus to Machu Picchu. Your guide will accompany you to Machu Picchu where you will explore this famous lost city of the Inkas. Later you can soak in the healing hot springs of Aguas Calientes. Sleep in Aguas Calientes.
Oct 31 - Early train to Ollantaytambo. Explore the ruins at Ollantaytambo. Lunch at Urubamba. Sleep at Paz y Luz, Pisac.
Nov 1 - Breakfast at Paz y Luz. Transport to nearby pueblo to hike to Uchoy Qosco, another local and less visited site. Hike and explore. Sleep at Paz y Luz, Pisac.
Nov 2 - Breakfast at Paz y Luz. Drive to Cusco to explore the ancient temples above the town: Tambo Machay, Q'enko, Temple of the Moon, and Sacsaywaman. Sleep in Cusco.
Nov 3 - Breakfast at the hotel. Free day exploring other sites within Cusco. Final meal together in Cusco. Sleep in Cusco.
